2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email COZYWEAVELTD@outlook.com with order number and reason.
  2. Follow instructions and, if given, include your RMA in the parcel.
  3. Use trackable shipping; keep proof of postage.

  1. Check your bank/statement again.
  2. Contact the card issuer; it can take 5–10 business days.
  3. Still nothing? Email us with your order number.

5. Faulty Items & Transit Damage

Report visible damage to the courier on delivery, photograph the parcel and contents, and contact us within 7 days — we’ll sort it out.
