2. How to Start a Return
- Email COZYWEAVELTD@outlook.com with order number and reason.
- Follow instructions and, if given, include your RMA in the parcel.
- Use trackable shipping; keep proof of postage.
3. Refunds & Processing
- On receipt/inspection we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Exchanges: return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank/statement again.
- Contact the card issuer; it can take 5–10 business days.
- Still nothing? Email us with your order number.
5. Faulty Items & Transit Damage
Report visible damage to the courier on delivery, photograph the parcel and contents, and contact us within 7 days — we’ll sort it out.
